Add your signature to Outlook on the web

⏱ About 60 seconds · outlook.com, outlook.office.com (Microsoft 365)

  1. In the OnceSig editor, click “Copy signature”.
  2. Open outlook.com (or outlook.office.com), click the gear icon → “View all Outlook settings” if shown.
  3. Go to “Mail”“Compose and reply”.
  4. Under “Email signature”, click “+ New signature” and name it.
  5. Click into the editing box and paste with Ctrl+V (Cmd+V on Mac).
  6. Click “Save”.
  7. Below the editor, set it as default “For New Messages” and “For Replies/Forwards”.
Shared with new Outlook: web signatures are stored in your Microsoft account and appear in the new Outlook desktop app automatically (and vice versa).
