Add your signature to new Outlook

⏱ About 60 seconds · Applies to the new Outlook for Windows ("Monarch")

  1. In the OnceSig editor, click “Copy signature”.
  2. Open new Outlook, click the gear icon (top right) to open Settings.
  3. Go to “Accounts”“Signatures” (in some builds: Mail → Compose and reply).
  4. Click “+ New signature”, give it a name.
  5. Click into the editing box and paste with Ctrl+V.
  6. Click “Save”.
  7. Under “Select default signatures”, pick it for “For New Messages” and “For Replies/Forwards”.
Cloud signatures: new Outlook stores signatures with your Microsoft account, so this paste also covers Outlook on the web and new Outlook on your other machines. No files involved.
